Kingsford KPT41 Texas Basting Brush with Silicone Bristles Review

We received a DVD shipping container with only the labels / tabs from the brush but no brush. Amazon has no system we could find to just tell them there was no product in the box. Update, Found Customer Service contact info via Google, they placed a new order at no cost although I had to package and return the first shipment, they paid postage. The brush is excellent and I would change my rating to 5 stars if their system allowed it.
