This spatula cleans easily, is easy to handle, and has a nice thin edge, which is difficult to find in nonstick-safe tools.My one note is that the blade is pretty flexible. It's designed to be this way and you can't really get a thin edge without that, but it does make it difficult to use the edge for, for example, breaking apart ground beef of pieces of chicken as they brown. I usually use a more rigid spatula when I'm doing these things though, so that's not a negative.
