Got a couple of these mugs last year and they worked great! Kept my drink nice and cold, just as advertised.But.
After a month of occasional use ( maybe two times a week during summer ) the first mug cracked. The final mug gave up the ghost as I poured an already refrigerated beverage into it last month. I wasn't abusing these mugs by any means, hand-washing and generally following care instructions, and neither mug was subjected to extreme temperature change when they cracked.
