This item arrived without the wooden handle. Amazon promptly sent a replacement which also arrived without the wooden handle. It probably would have been a great basket with handle, but without it I fear the heat would be a problem. Fool me once etc. Got a refund.

Cuisinart Simply Grilling Nonstick Grilling Basket Review

I bought this product primarily to cook fish on the grill.There were two problems with this basket that led me to send it back without ever using it.First, the tines that make up the basket are spaced too far apart - so less dense fish (think talapia) would easily fall through - as would smaller pieces of vegetables. The 2nd problem was the way the basket closed - which made it very likely for the user to get fingers smashed during closure.I have a cast iron basket with much smaller holes that just sits on top of the grill - and I will just continue to use that for fish and vegetables unless I find a better quality version of this type of basket. Great idea - but poor design.

Kingsford KNS75 Grill Basket with 26-inch Hardwood Handle Review

This grill basket is very sturdy, both the handle and the basket. It's quite large, and the basket has 3 adjustable settings to hold items securely.Grill baskets I found at one of the big hardware stores (where we got our grill) were half the size and flimsy (they called it 'flexible'), for the same price. I'm glad I checked online and went with this one, I'm very impressed with the quality.
