This is a beautiful tool for cooking, it was just a few inches longer than I was ready for.
It will be hard to use in any pan smaller then 10".
But it is very well made and fits well in the hand.
The flip area is a good 8"long with a 6 or 7" handle.

It works the way my husband hoped it would. Great for turning when you have large quantities of food. It keeps you from flipping food onto other food.
You will never regret you spent money on this one! It will serve you for ever and take any abuse from flame cooking you can think of.
