As pictured you can see the item ordered.Instead I received a Iowa Hawkeyes Kozy Can Holder.After several emails,phone calls and faxes, I received absolutely no response from vendor.I filed a claim and got refunded. I then ordered the same item again, thinking the problem was solved and with advice from Amazon to reorder. Again the same thing happened got the same wrong item.

This company does not respond to emails, phone calls or faxes.And to top this all - I was notified when the wrong item was shipped, but when I checked the status-it said the item was not available.

When you call, it's automated and the same message that they are taking care of other customers and you can leave a message and that they will call you back.NOT!!!!I finally found another vendor with the same item and received it in a few days--no problems.

Amazon was terrific with customer service, very quick to respond and accomodating.AMAZON HAS IT TOGETHER!I suggest they drop this vendor.
