Weber 1647 18-Inch Grill Brush Review

I've had several of these over the years and they work great.I never wear one out - I think they get carted off by the neighbors or marauding coyotes.
The flexible brass bristles won't scrape the enamel off yourgrill bars and are great for softer accumulations.The scraper blade has ahalf circle "nip" out of it that fits the contour of the grillbars if you have a really ugly mess to remove (those slathered up ribs youlaid on there before the vollyball game).The longer handle on this modellets you keep the hair on your fingers if the fire is still going.
Theleather loop allows you to hang it on the grill or the arm of your lawnchair so it stays within reach.You may have to fend off the local catsand dogs if you hang it too close to the ground.Maybe they need to comeout with a quick draw holster for it to solve that one!On second thought,a Prazi "Big Lug" on your tool belt might work.Yeah, BarbequeSauce and seasoning in the pockets of the tool belt.This could turn intoa Tool Crib thing!

Although this 12-inch brush and scraper is well made, it's too short (which is important when you're cleaning the back of a hot grill).In retrospect, I would have spent the extra two bucks to get the 18-inch model.

Grill Daddy GB91062S Grill Cleaning Tool Review

My wife is always looking for ways to make me more helpful around the house.She knows I hate to clean the grill even though I use it a lot.I got tired of buying steel brushes to clean the grill and have them all gummed up in a few weeks.She bought me the Grill Daddy and I finally got around to trying it and it works pretty good.You have to turn the grill on high and you load the Grill Daddy with about a cup of water and you go to work.The water on the hot grill turns to steam and it got my grill looking like new.Now, it didn't help me with all the other cleaning that I had to do on my Webber gas grill.I still have to spend a Saturday afternoon taking care of all that is below the grill.However, I know I can get the grill clean in a relatively short period of time.I only used it once and I know it came with an extra set of brushes but I don't think that these brushes will gum up all that soon.(Especially since I don't clean the grill that often).However, I couldn't help but see all the gunk on the grill fall away into the drop pan rather than sticking to the brush.

Weber Style 6451 Heavy-Duty Grill Brush Attachment Heads Review

I really like this product.These are replacement heads for the Weber grill brush which is the best grill brush that I have ever owned.It is rock solid and heavy (made of metal) and allows you to really put some muscle behind your scraping.The last brush I had was a plastic Weber brush that I snapped because I was pushing too hard.

This grill brush looks and works great however, the neck is a little too thin and if pressed firmly against the grill, will bend. So just be gentle and if you bend it, flip it over and bend it back into place.

Brushtech Spiral Wide-Faced Heavy-Duty Barbecue Grill Brush Review

I bought this brush for my new Weber Genesis E-320 because the bristles are brass and the grill has enameled porcelain cast iron grates (I've read that brass will not scratch the porcelain). It does an amazing job of cleaning every inch of the grates, on top and especially on the sides of the grates (no scraper needed!). I highly recommend this brush for your grill. The flexible shaft that creates less pressure on the porcelain, coupled with the brass bristles will make your grates last forever. And of course, Prime shipping was amazing as always.

Grill Dozer Steam Cleaning Grill Cleaning Tool Review

I purchased four of the steam grill cleaners- one did not work- water did not squirt out of the end -have to pursue with the company to see if they can send me another one.Worked reasonably well and my son-in-law really liked it. I like that it has a detachable head to put in the dishwasher to clean. Metal Bristles and scraper are very sharp so be careful.

Weber 6421 12-Inch Grill Brush & Scraper Review

I thought by purchasing the genuine Weber product I would get a quality item.Too bad it is not made in the USA like the Baby Q grill which works very well.2 pushes with this brush and 3-4 tufts of brass wire fell out.I lightly pulled on a couple of others tufts and they came right out.A waste of money...straight to the garbage.Weber should be embarrassed to sell an item like this.Does anyone test them?

Update - I emailed by Amazon invoice to Weber and they sent me a replacement which seems better.

Weber 6422 18-Inch Grill Brush and Scraper Review

I cut it to 4 stars simply because it wasn't as I expected.Expected brass and not stainless bristles.It seems that last year Weber changed this to stainless bristles.I called Weber and they told me that but it took a long time on hold and even then they didn't seem too sure.Weber also recommended it not be used on porcelain grates as they didn't trust it.The product description should be changed and the photo to show silver (stainless) bristles.For those that need brass, look elsewhere.
